a raise!

I got a raise at work! I went to talk to Dawn about getting 40 hours a week during the summer, and preferably night shifts, and then she talked about my raise, and I put in a time off request for Mississippi in a month. I'm really excited, and was super happy about the raise. It's only $.50, but I'll take what I can get.

Chelsey at work wants me to go to the Grand March for her senior prom tomorrow night haha. She was pretty funny about it, gave me her phone number and her mom's phone number, so I could sit with her mom and we wouldn't have to sit alone. So since Aaron is working tomorrow night 'til 11, I'll probably go.

I'm really tired tonight, too. I hate working 8 hour shifts when I'm in school. Once summer starts up and that's about all I'll work, it won't be so bad, but for now, I'm used to shorter shifts and prefer them. Anyway, I'm gonna go watch Conan. G'night!
